1-Week ReFRESH | Online Group Program

September 19-25, 2022 — $99 + HST
Need a quick(ish) way to feel your best, try new ingredients and recipes, kick some habits, and start new healthy habits?
This 1-week Re-FRESH will not only educate you on healthy food choices, but teach you to love real food with a suggested meal plan, grocery list and delicious, easy to prepare recipes.
Each day, you’ll be given a new challenge to add that includes a healthy food or habit. It may be adding a daily green vegetable, a gluten-free option, a mindful eating strategy or a habit for better sleep.
What makes this program unique is accountability. During the program, you’ll keep a personalized food journal that I’ll review every evening. I’ll make comments, recommendations and suggestions to help keep you on track.
The program includes:
- 7-Day meal plan and recipes (meal plan will encourage adding gluten-free options, lean protein and less added sugar, packaged foods, certain dairy products and red meat)

Lauren Follett | Registered Holistic Nutritionist
Lauren graduated in June 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario, and earned her Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) designation from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in December 2012. Lauren completed her Yoga Teacher Training in 2018 and is an active yoga teacher in her community.
As an RHN, Lauren’s goal is to help clients feel and look their best. She offers one-on-one and group nutrition counselling to help women with weight loss and digestion issues. She doesn’t believe in diets or quick fixes; she believes in teaching her clients how to live a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
Lauren is dedicated to working closely with her clients to teach and motivate them to make healthy choices, create new healthy habits, and discuss mindful eating strategies.
