About Our Naturopathic Doctors
We are a team of naturopathic doctors who primarily practice virtually in order to service patients from all across Ontario. We have in-person appointments in Mississauga at Burnhamthorpe & Dixie. For patients living in other parts of the GTA, such as Brampton, Etobicoke, Burlington, and everywhere in between, we take patient appointments virtually.
Our Mission
Our mission is to bridge the health care gap right here in Mississauga. As licensed naturopathic doctors serving the Peel Region, we bring a minimum of 8 years of post-secondary education and up to 15+ years of clinical experience — giving us the expertise to thoroughly assess and diagnose your health concerns, and guide you through Ontario’s health care system to connect you with the care you deserve.
Lab Testing in Mississauga
Our naturopathic doctors rely heavily on objective lab results, and have an extensive list of lab testing available. For most blood draw and urine sample testing, we use either Dynacare or Lifelabs, both of which have locations across Mississauga and Ontario. We also use more advanced functional medicine testing where testing kits are shipped to the patient’s home, and stool, urine, or saliva samples are collected by the patient and shipped securely to the lab for testing.
Our Team
Our naturopathic doctors work collaboratively, meeting weekly to review difficult and complex cases. We also communicate with our patients’ other health care providers to ensure that the patient remains the central hub of their health care team.

Coverage, billing, and cost transparency
We don’t want you to have any surprises. Fees for appointments and lab testing is always given up front.
Most extended health insurance plans cover naturopathic doctors, and we are able to direct bill for most insurance companies. This saves you from having to pay up front out of pocket.
Costs that may come outside of the visit are foods, herbs, and supplements. We do our best to make sure there is a balance between efficacy and cost, and of course always work with you to lock in our treatment plan suggestions.
Our Services
Each of our naturopathic doctors has a special area of focus, and a different personal, clinical, and academic background that allows us to offer competent care to an array of patients and for a variety of conditions.
Hormones & Women's Health
Women’s health is the cornerstone of our practice. We see women of all different shapes, sizes and background, and not only assess and address hormonal imbalances, but also ensure that all of her other systems are working well.
Digestive Health (IBS & SIBO)
Digestion is not only important for ensuring that we are taking in all the nutrients our body needs, but symptoms of digestive upset can be truly debilitating and interfere with our daily life. Our naturopathic doctors will do a thorough assessment to determine the root cause of your digestive concern, so that you can get back to feeling normal.
Skin Health & Dermatology
Our skin is a big part of how we present ourselves to the world, and it can be how our body expresses it’s concerns. Acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, and hives are some of the ways our body is communicating an issue. Our naturopathic doctors can look at your gut health, stress, sleep and more to determine why your skin is doing more work than it should, and can create a plan to reset the systems needed to calm your skin.
Many of us are living intense unbalanced lives. Our nervous systems are powerful and resilient, but need release and recover to tolerate high demands. Our naturopathic doctors can work with you to determine the triggers and deficiencies contributing to stress, and can create a plan to help bring your nervous system back from the brink.
Menopausal Hormone Therapy
Symptoms that arise in perimenopause and menopause may benefit from menopausal hormone therapy. Our naturopathic doctors use evidence-based guidelines to inform personalized treatment plans to support women through this menopausal transition, and this can at times involve the prescription of bioidentical menopausal hormone therapy.
IS HORMONE THERAPY RIGHT FOR YOU?
Many people have a lot of uncertainty around hormone therapy due to widespread dissemination of the negative results of some older research, but in fact, newer evidence shows that not only can hormone therapy be safe and symptom reducing in certain populations, but actually reduces some chronic diseases as well.
Take 1 minute to complete this FREE SELF TEST to determine if you are possibly a good candidate for hormone therapy.

FAQ
Do you offer virtual appointments?
Yes! Most of our appointments are virtual. However, we can accommodate some in-person appointments in Ottawa, Mississauga, and Toronto.
I live outside of Mississauga. Can I still see you as a patient?
Of course! Most of our patients are virtual, from across Ontario. Luckily Dynacare and Lifelabs have lab testing facilities across the province, so we have no obstacle to doing a thorough assessment with patients who are out of town.
What about physical exams?
As we do mainly hormonal health, digestion and burnout, most of the relevant objective information comes from lab testing. In addition, most of our patients have already seen their medical doctor who has performed a physical exam with no relevant findings. There are some circumstances when physical exams are warranted, and in these cases we ask the patient to come into one of our offices (Ottawa, Mississauga or Toronto – east), or we refer to another practitioner local to them (their family doctor, nurse practitioner or another ND).
Do you see patients in english and french?
Technically we only see patient in English comfortably. But! Some of our naturopaths have excellent french comprehension and immersion level french language skills. We are just not fully bilingual, so don’t feel comfortable claiming to be so.
Which areas of Mississauga do your patients come from?
Our patients are from all across the GTA, including Toronto, Brampton, Oakville, Milton, Burlington, Halton Hills, Caledon, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Port Credit, and more.
Is your Mississauga clinic accessible by public transit?
By Public Transit
We are easily reachable by MiWay, Mississauga’s transit system. The closest bus stop is at Burnhamthorpe Rd at Dixie Rd, just steps from our clinic entrance. Several MiWay routes serve this stop.
For those coming from further away, Dixie Station on the Mississauga Transitway is the nearest rapid transit hub, located a short distance north on Dixie Road. From there, you can connect to a local MiWay bus heading south on Dixie Road to Burnhamthorpe Road East.
What are the driving instructions for getting to the clinic?
By Car
We are located at 1420 Burnhamthorpe Rd E, Suite 310, Mississauga, ON L4X 2Z9, at the corner of Burnhamthorpe Road East and Dixie Road. We are conveniently accessible from Highway 427, the QEW, and Highway 401. Free parking is available on site.
