Love coffee? Drink tea!
Are you a coffee drinker? Good for you! Coffee has many health benefits including heart health, weight, mood and longevity. BUT! Many people overdo it, and consumer more coffee than their bodies can tolerate (leading to anxiety, heart palpitations, digestive issues, insomnia, etc).
Tea also has many health benefits, and if you want to explore beyond black or green tea you can also determine which tea is therapeutically appropriate for you (like an iron-boosting tea, or a blood sugar-balancing tea, etc).
Either way, enjoy your first cup of coffee. Let it inspire you to get out of bed, but then consider swapping your second and subsequent cups for a gentler, more medicinal hot beverage.
