Hormones & Women’s Health at Sequence Wellness
Naturopathic Support for Perimenopause, Menopause, PMS, Thyroid Health & Bioidentical Hormone Therapy Across Ontario
Women’s hormonal health is one of the most common—and most overlooked—areas of care in Canada. Many women spend years navigating fatigue, mood changes, irregular cycles, weight shifts, skin changes, sleep disruption, or digestive symptoms without receiving clear answers.
At Sequence Wellness, our team of licensed naturopathic doctors in Ontario takes an evidence-informed, whole-person approach to hormone health. Whether you are experiencing PMS, transitioning through perimenopause, or exploring bioidentical menopausal hormone therapy (BHRT), we help you understand what is happening in your body and what your options are.
We offer virtual appointments across Ontario, allowing women in both large cities and rural communities to access comprehensive hormonal care.

Bioidentical Menopausal Hormone Therapy (BHRT)
All clinicians at Sequence Wellness are trained in the use of bioidentical menopausal hormone therapy within the Ontario naturopathic scope of practice. BHRT may be considered for:
- Hot flashes and night sweats
- Sleep disruption
- Mood instability
- Cognitive changes (“brain fog”)
- Vaginal dryness
- Painful intercourse
- Low libido
- Prevention of long-term symptoms associated with hormone decline
Our Approach to Menopausal Hormone Therapy
- Thorough assessment
- Evidence-informed discussion of risks, benefits, and alternatives
- Lab testing when clinically indicated
- Co-management with your family doctor or specialist when needed
- Individualized dosing and follow-up
Hormone therapy can also be used in the perimenopausal transition. Perimenopause is dynamic and can feel unpredictable. Our role is to help you understand your hormone patterns and support you with a plan tailored to your symptoms, values, and goals.
