Are you struggling to lose weight? Are your “old tricks” not working anymore? Are you trying everything, but not seeing results? Are you confused with all the nutrition and weight loss information out there? Don’t know where to start?
If you answered yes to any of the above, it sounds like this 8-Week comprehensive weight loss course is for you. This course is not meant to be a diet or quick fix. It is a comprehensive nutrition program that will educate you on healthy food choices and supplements to support your weight loss journey, and help you develop healthy habits that you can continue for life.
Each week you will meet with Dr. Elizabeth Miller, ND, and Lauren Follett, RHN and a group of other like-minded women with the same goals for support and accountability on your health journey. You’ll be presented with a weekly challenge to help refresh your:
- diet with delicious, easy to prepare recipes,
- eating habits,
- meal plan and prep strategies
- sleep routine,
- stress coping strategies, and
In addition to these tangible skills, you will learn lots of information on the science of how hormones, insulin and stress may be affecting your weight loss, and ways you can biohack this.
This program will help you form habits for long term sustainable changes to help you reach your weight loss goal, and live a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Your Educators
Dr. Elizabeth Miller Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. Miller is a Naturopathic Doctor who has a special focus on digestion and hormone health. She completed her doctor or naturopathic medicine degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, and holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s of science in Human Health and Nutrition from the University of Guelph. Her extensive knowledge of nutrition and her strong foundation in scientific research allows for a very thorough approach to your care.
Lauren Follett Registered Holistic Nutritionist
Lauren Follett graduated in June 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario, and earned her Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) designation from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in December 2012. Lauren completed her Yoga Teacher Training in 2018 and is an active yoga teacher in her community.
As an RHN, Lauren’s goal is to help clients feel and look their best. She offers one-on-one and group nutrition counselling to help women with weight loss and digestion issues. She doesn’t believe in diets or quick fixes; she believes in teaching her clients how to live a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Program FAQ
Session recordings will be emailed to the group after each meeting.
You will get some materials at the beginning, and a handout of each weekly topic after the session along with the recording.
Each week we will meet for 1 hour to educate the group about various topics surrounding weight loss, and answer any questions. The course is set up to be educational to everyone, so we are not able to deliver individual treatments in this format. If you are interested in an individualized plan, please book with one of our practitioners directly.
