I have always been interested in fitness and sports growing up, which led me to my Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa.
My passion in life is movement in all forms – whether it’s an intense, sweaty workout, yoga or even just taking my dog for a walk, I find joy in whatever movement my body needs each day. I love teaching people about different ways they can incorporate movement that they enjoy into their lives without pain.
I love working with short and effective circuit style training. It helps to keep things simple, get the heart rate high all while doing safe movements. I draw a lot of inspiration from functional movement training & my yoga background. You will find yourself breaking a sweat and having fun! The workouts for this program are all body weight or light band work so they can be done anywhere and accessible to everyone. Aiming for a full body workout each time to ensure we are staying strong and balanced is key for efficient resistance training.
My goal is simple – to try to help educate as many people as possible about health and fitness habits that will lead them towards creating a balanced, fun, happy lifestyle. I want to help teach you how to create a balanced healthy life with fitness routines that you enjoy, meals that you look forward to eating and healthy habits to incorporate into your everyday life.
Through my passion and knowledge, I believe I can guide you to make these significant changes in your life. I would love to be a part of your journey and can work with you every step of the way to being the best, healthiest, and happiest YOU.
